We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist / Procurement Buyer with 3–5 years of experience to support our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce platform while assisting buyers with product sourcing, order management, and vendor communications. This dual-role position requires a blend of organizational skills, procurement knowledge, and eCommerce management expertise.
Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Management

Maintain, organize, and optimize the eCommerce platform ensuring accuracy, product availability, and seamless user experience.

Clean and update product catalogs, specifications, descriptions, and pricing as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform usability and ensure all procurement-related content is up-to-date.

Monitor eCommerce system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems when necessary.

Procurement Support

Assist Procurement Buyers in sourcing products, requesting quotations, negotiations, comparing supplier offerings, and preparing purchasing documents.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.

Track orders, manage supplier relationships, and maintain detailed procurement records.

Support in data cleansing, reporting, and analysis related to eCommerce transactions and procurement activities.

Operational Excellence

Ensure data consistency, compliance with procurement policies, and best practices across the platform.

Continuously propose improvements to streamline procurement processes and eCommerce efficiency.

Take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, eCommerce, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in eCommerce management, procurement operations, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing lifecycle, and supplier management.

Experience managing eCommerce and procurement platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar systems).

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
