We understand how sourcing decisions get made when the stakes are high, the rules are strict and the scale is real. This is not advisory work from the sidelines: we operate shoulder to shoulder with internal teams.
Joonas Jantunen
Joonas brings more than 20 years of experience in procurement transformation, strategic sourcing and business development. He has founded and scaled multiple procurement-focused businesses and delivered results for clients across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. His background spans FMCG, retail, telecommunications and government, with hands-on experience in complex negotiations, procurement technology implementation and governance design. He is focused on building strong teams and using AI and automation to move procurement from tactical execution to strategic impact.
Pramod co-founded CollectiveSpend and leads finance and governance across the group, covering financial control, commercial structuring and the reporting that underpins the one-vendor payment model.

Abdul leads procurement execution for B2B customers, handling supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, inventory tracking and delivery performance while maintaining compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks. His background spans procurement operations, warehouse coordination, import and export documentation, and KPI-driven reporting, with a consistent focus on cost control and supplier reliability.
Troy has over a decade of hands-on experience supporting end-to-end sourcing, vendor management and procure-to-pay processes across multiple industries. He works closely with clients and suppliers to manage sourcing, negotiations, purchase orders and day-to-day procurement execution, supporting stakeholders across ERP platforms. His background spans centralised procurement environments, supplier onboarding, contract support and operational reporting.
Tamer leads procurement transformation, strategic sourcing and large-scale consulting engagements, acting as principal advisor to government and enterprise clients. He leads complex multi-workstream programmes spanning procurement operating models, RFP governance, IT and cybersecurity sourcing, and digital procurement enablement. His background includes senior regional roles across global organisations, leading high-performing teams and designing governance frameworks that improve compliance and execution at scale.
