CollectiveSpend was founded with the strive to bring change to the way how local and regional organizations view the procurement function. Moving from a transactional admin function to a driving force of innovation and real value for the organization with a seat at the C-level.
Over the years we have been blessed to work with impressive roster of large global multinationals, large and medium sized regional organizations as well as the government sector. We thrive and are proud of our delivery of procurement transformation projects, procurement outsourcing and consultancy services, teams working on client premises uplifting the in-house team’s capabilities bringing real hard savings and other benefits to their operations.
Over the years our focus has sharpened around the challenging area of Tail Spend which many organizations have left relatively unmanaged due to the nature of the “beast”. With the focus of CollectiveSpend, our clients have been able to deliver significant savings – both direct monetary as well as indirect, such as time and resources – by introducing alternative ways to manage the spend area. One of these was the introduction of our Tail Spend Marketplace platform and the Buying Desk Services that allows the procurement teams to focus 100% on their strategic spend. Self-Service model for end-users, but still managed by procurement professionals while consolidating spend from large number of organizations to increase the buying power and economies of scale to benefit ALL of clients.
